2015 FREE Beginner's Yoga Series! If you have been interested in learning about yoga, join me for a free series that will prepare you to enter into other yoga classes with some knowledge of how to do the basic poses safely and easily. Participants in my past classes have moved into my other yoga classes easily and seen many health benefits, such as weight loss, joint & back pain residing, anxiety lessening and depression lifting. The series will be in a large private room at Igo Library (13330 Kyle Sealy Pkwy) on Sundays January 11, 18 & 25th from 2:30-3:30 pm. Bring your own mat, which can easily be purchased at Marshall's for $5-10. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early as space will be first come first serve. Yoga Evolution Coming Soon Yoga Evolution is a 6-week supported and guided journey that includes a 35-Day Cleanse and Yoga Detox. Students will be guided to release their addictions to foods and discover their health underneath the physical and mental challenges in their lives. “It is only when we let go of our addictions that we can truly see how they were ruling our lives, and only then we will be able to live from our true selves.” -Lisa Phillips, RYT A private Facebook group will be created for this class to receive ongoing information throughout the week. Recipes, support, and educational information will be shared on the Facebook group. Weekly informative nutrition classes will be provided through an online video and can be accessed at your convenience! Beginners are encouraged to join us!
